The full kitchen has a recessed cook top, large sink, microwave and ample counter space with storage.  The fully private bathroom has a large radius shower, sink with vanity and mirror, closet, toilet and a walk-through door into the horse area. The horse compartment has a stud stall in the front slant, padded air flow dividers, a roadside escape door, side load ramp and kick matting all the way around. The full rear tack room has two adjustable 3-tier saddle racks, blanket bars, brush boxes and lots of bridle hooks.
